Q. I would like to return my goods for an exchange or refund.

A. If you are within the 14 day cooling off period you may return the goods for an exchange or refund providing the item is still in the original packaging. If the product is faulty it can be returned for an exchange within 30 days of receipt. For all return requests please contact the team on 08705 238 238.

Q. I have returned my handset and have not yet received my replacement or refund.

A. Once the goods have been received back our returns team will verify the contents and confirm acceptance back. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund or exchange to be actioned.

Q. I require some technical advice for my Sony Ericsson product.

A. Should you have any questions or queries relating to your Sony Ericsson product you can call our technical support team on 08705 237 237, option 3.

Q. Where can I purchase spare parts for my handset such a manual, screen protector or battery covers?

Q. Can I keep my current mobile number?

A. Unfortunately it is not possible to transfer your current number. All contract and pre-pay offers are subject to new connections only.

Q. Can I upgrade my handset via the Sony Ericsson site?

A. Unfortunately it is not possible to upgrade your handset at this time via the on-line store. All contract and pre-pay offers are subject to new connections only.

Q. I placed my order and it hasn’t arrived yet

A. Please allow up to 4 working days for delivery of your order. If you have still not received your goods within this time please contact the team on 08705 238 238 where an agent will be able to confirm the status of your order.

Q. Can I change the delivery address of my order?

A. It is not possible to change the delivery address for security purposes. All orders placed are verified against the registered address of the debit or credit card used.

A. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to addresses outside of the UK..
